The Positive Connection was founded in 2006 by Paula Pagan-Rosas, LCSW-R with a goal to provide mental health services to the community. During the pandemic The Positive Connection has expanded to offer virtual and telephonic sessions to those who may prefer that option. Additionally clients can still book an in office session with a therapist at our Smithtown location
